Bocci 93 Sculptural Cable
93 is created by pouring molten aluminum into a hand-blown glass vessel. As the metal moves and cools, it leaves behind a suspended trace of its flow, each piece preserving a single, unrepeatable moment. Illuminated from within, light reveals the aluminum’s oxidized contours and the subtle variations formed by heat and pressure. Every 93 is hand-formed in Bocci’s Vancouver studio, resulting in subtle variations from piece to piece.
The Bocci 93 Sculptural Cable uses a flexible suspension system that enables pendants to nestle in close-knit groups, or to spread out in a wider field, allowing each piece to be perceived individually. The Bocci 93.1L, 93.1L deep, and 93.1Lm are single pendants that can be used individually or to create dynamic clusters. Custom combinations must use a minimum of 9 pendants.
