Our Mission
Now in our 26th year, ROOM's mission statement is the same as ever: amazing design coupled with equally exceptional customer attention. Founded in 1998 by husband and wife team Amy Crain and Shawn Miller, ROOM is honored to present the work of some of the world's most renowned furniture and lighting designers, coupled with our own bespoke upholstery and cabinetry collections, designed by founder and creative director Amy Crain, former editor at House & Garden. At ROOM, we believe that shopping for beautiful home furnishings should be a highly personal, easy and fun experience, and our aim is to exceed your expectations every time.

Our lines are highly curated; we love things that have the patina of hand creation, with soul and character to add real personality to your space. When working with ROOM, you’re able to order multiple lines, as well as custom upholstery and cabinetry, from one trusted, knowledgeable salesperson, and save you some precious time.

Let your imagination run wild. We can help with drawings, material selections, custom finishes and designs and, of course, special trade pricing.
