The dramatic Nimbus Wall Sconce by CTO Lighting is a wall mounted sconce alternative to the Nimbus Chandelier and Nimbus Round Chandelier, handcrafted in glass and satin brass or bronze, with a hand blown disc perched on a smooth, tubular pedestal mounted to the wall. Part of the Nimbus collection, the Nimbus Wall Sconce is both Ethereal and elegant, with no two wall sconces the same. Its centerpiece, the illuminated handcrafted glass disc, gets its undulating, mysterious form from its unique creation, which utilizes heating the glass disc to the point of melting onto crushed ceramic paper, with crushed glass then hand applied and re-fired in the kiln. The resulting natural diffusing nature of the handcrafted glass allows for a soft glow while providing functional light output, reminding one of an eerie autumn moon.
