The Forchette Flush Mount is composed of a single hand-cast porcelain, glass or solid brass shade emerging from a concise brass stem. Available in graphite, glass or natural porcelain and five brass finishes. The Forchette Flush Mount can be configured as a ceiling flush mount, or low profile wall sconce.
